Malcolm was born on 11th May 1940 to John and Jessie Findlay and was one of four boys, brother to Robert, David and Alastair. He was the last surviving brother.

He was married to his loving wife Dawn Findlay for 57 happy years and Dad to Mark and Andrew. He was also Grandad to Karl, Kyle, Rebecca, Jake, Liam, Robbie and Ami.

Malcolm was a well known local figure, a landscape gardener by trade, a profession he continued into his 70's, a hard worker and a perfectionist. He was also well known for his love of a good joke even in his last days.

The family would like to express their thanks for the care that was provided during the later stages of Motor Neurone and are pleased that he passed peacefully at home.

We request only family flowers.
